GTH17 built-in sliding module
The built-in sliding table module is a highly integrated linear motion unit. The aluminum body and guide rail are integrated, and the sliding block and slide seat are integrated. The sliding table products of the module are compact and lightweight to save space and high load. Linear module optional self-lubricating parts, 30000km maintenance-free.
The frame is made of U-shaped high-strength aluminum alloy, and the embedded stainless steel guide rail and the base are grinded together. The guide rail groove adopts two columns of 45° contact Angle Gothic structure design, providing equal load capacity in four directions. High precision and high rigidity can be achieved through appropriate steel ball preloading force. In addition, the product adopts a fully sealed design, the operation of low dust, the overall can meet the requirements of dust-free grade.
GTH series adopts screw, high transmission repetition accuracy, the rolling screw repetition accuracy: ±0.01, the grinding screw repetition accuracy: ±0.005.
